Removed 36,000 yards of old wallpaper and fully restored the walls beneath — patching, skimming and sanding every surface to a flawless base
Hung new wallpaper across both towers
Repainted all common-area ceilings
Refinished and repainted 310 unit doors
Refinished and repainted 80 elevator doors

We worked floor by floor, protected finished surfaces at every handoff, and held one quality standard across tens of thousands of square feet. The prep work — the part nobody photographs — is exactly what makes the finished corridors look the way they do: dust-extraction sanding, full skim coats, sharp masking lines.
