One of Our Projects With Our Partners

Some of our best work happens on new builds, working alongside our partners from bare walls to move in day. This Vancouver home was one of those projects. Our crew handled the full interior painting, the wallpaper installation, and the floor finishing, top to bottom.

A new build gives a painter a clean canvas, and it also leaves nowhere to hide. Every wall is fresh drywall. Every corner is sharp. The finish has to be right the first time, because the homeowners walk in and see it all at once.

The work

Walls and ceilings were primed and painted throughout, in low VOC paint with a soft, even sheen. Wallpaper went up in the feature rooms, matched and hung with clean seams. Floors were finished to a warm, durable surface that stands up to daily life.

The schedule moved with the other trades. Painters, carpenters and flooring crews were in and out of the same rooms, so sequencing mattered. Our crew kept the site clean, protected finished work at every handoff, and left each room ready for the next trade.

The result

The home reads as one continuous finish. Calm walls, clean lines, wallpaper that sits flat and true, floors that glow under the light. It is the kind of interior where the painting disappears into the house, which is exactly the point.
