Bayshore Towers — Strata Repaint, Two High-Rises

310 unit doors, 80 elevator doors, 36,000 yards of wallpaper removed and reinstalled, walls fully restored and all common-area ceilings repainted — backed by our lifetime warranty on paint. View the full case study.

Main Street — City Gate: 16-Storey Strata Repaint

Full repaint of a 16-storey strata building on Main Street: every door in the building repainted, all old wallpaper stripped and new wallcovering installed, popcorn ceilings removed on all floors, corridors and lobbies refreshed throughout. New carpets were installed in collaboration with Vantera Build Design Inc.

15555 16A Avenue, Surrey: Multifamily Common-Area Repaint

Full repaint of the common areas at this multifamily building at 15555 16A Avenue in Surrey. All doors, walls and ceilings throughout the hallways, lobbies and stairwells were repainted, giving the shared spaces a clean, refreshed finish.
